  1. How do I get a ride? Bolt offers multiple ways to find a ride. We have smartphone apps for both iPhone and android. We also have a web booking feature or, if you're feeling old fashioned, you can ring us up at (505) 820-2658.

  2. What areas do you serve? Currently, we serve Santa Fe proper, including Tesuque & Santa Fe Municipal Airport, and offer flat rate rides to/from ABQ International Sunport.

  3. Why do you use electric vehicles? We believe that climate change is the largest threat to humanity that we face today. For that reason, reducing carbon emissions is a top priority as well as a core value for Bolt. Electric vehicles allow us to source power from 100% renewable sources, such as the sun. 

  4. Are you insured in case something bad happens? While safety is our top priority, we are insured up to $1 Million dollars per incident.

  5. What kind of background screening does Bolt require for new drivers? We use a third-party background screening company to look at national and local records dating back the maximum allowable 7 years. The search is geared to reveal any violent offenses, driving accidents/offenses, or sex offender status. After passing, all drivers are subject to a 30 day probationary period where we carefully monitor driving behavior.
